What persons have been moral role models for you? Were they all persons you know, or were some of them people you read about? Were any of them teachers? Were some of them historical figures? Were any of them fictional characters? Did your moral paradigms change as you grew older? Why? What did you learn from them about life and about being an excellent human being? How would you have been different if you had not been influenced by them?

I truly believe that your morals and ultimately who you become are based upon how you are raised. i am a strong believer in that how you are raised determines almost everything on who you will become. example: Two people with the same exact genes can be totally different people depdending on who and how they were raised...relating this to morals I believe that my mother and my grandmother are the biggest influences on my moral code. There are obviously other things such as TV shows and books that have strong moral messages (especially when we are young) that emphasize on good morals, but I do not believe that they are the reason why someone is either moral or immoral. People can change some things after reading a book or hearing someone's life story, but I personally believe it is usually not an extremely significant contributer to your moral judgements.
And i also think that books or tv shows or people play a larger role if they are being IMmoral rather than being moral. therefore if someone in a book was being immoral and yet had a happy ending, that book would affect me more than if there was a character that was very morally righteous and as a result was happy.
